I know this is a long shot, but I figured it would be worth
a try. I recently noticed that McMaster University is on
Bitnet, and that Bitnet is gateway'ed to uucp. I assume
this is the McMaster University in Ontario. I was wondering
if anyone might know Randy Moore at McMaster. He's not
really a computer user, but I thought maybe someone on uucp
knew someone on Bitnet who knew someone at McMaster who
knew... Well, I said it was a long shot.
