[net.net-people] Goodbye

lmm@panda.UUCP (Linda M. McInnis) (01/25/85)

Funding for my project has been suspended so I'm leaving GR.
This is my temporary signoff message to NET and GenRad.

It's been a real pleasure to know and work with you all.

I hope to re-surface at perhaps Harvard in about a month to
six weeks.

If you know anyone that needs a tech. writer/CAI/human factors
person, please pass along my name and address.

Remember, "Where ever you go, that's where you are."

Hi,

On the 18th of this month (May), I shall be leaving the network for 2
months. There is a finite probability that this will become
'forever'.

In case of the latter, I would like to say my goodbyes now. Thanks to
everyone on the net for making the last couple of years so enjoyable.
I have enjoyed corresponding with those of you I corresponded with; and
I have enjoyed reading everyone else.

I have learned a great deal from all of you. Although I haven't met
too many of you in person; there are many of you who I would be proud
to call my friends.

Goodbye, and good luck.
