Yes, it is time for Yet Another Net Engagement (which is, of course, Yet
Another Net Acronym).
I happen to be quite ecstatic to announce that Laurie Sefton, previously
known as pucc-h:afo, has agreed to put up with Chuq Von Rospach, also known
as the Plaid Warlock,for the rest of our collective existences.
This is definitely a relationship that never would have happened if it
weren't for the network -- not only because the network brought us together
and allowed us to communicate and learn about each other, but because a
number of worthy and caring people out there cared enough to help me get my
head back together after my previous romantic fiasco. To them (Mark and
Karen Horton, Gene Spafford, and the multitudes of friends I've found in
net.singles and the rest of the net) there is a very fond place in my heart
for helping me earn this second chance.
Details are still pretty hazy on when and how (It is terribly hard to find
a good orthodox druid nowadays), but I felt it was time to let the world
know publicly how I feel about Laurie privately -- she is by far the best
thing to hit my life, and I would never have found her if it hadn't been
for the net.
