If you mean "is it available from outside AT&T", the answer is yes (I'm speaking of the name server interface on packard) -- feel free to use it (for reaching AT&T Bell Laboratories employees, of course). [It probably won't break at the same time ihnp4's does (ihnp4's is kaput at the moment) since it relies on a different mechanism.] P.S. If you have trouble sending to "packard!A.Person" it might be because the electronic address is out of date (the updating of the electronic address is voluntary, you see).
