OK, this part of it is an ARPAnet address.  IF "sas" has ARPA access you 
should be able to use an address like:

       S.PAE@DEEP-THOUGHT.MIT.EDU

Otherwise you should investigate the shortest UUCP path from "sas" to an
ARPA gateway.  If you can find a shorter path to "ucbvax" you should be able
to substitute it in as above.

In short, the answer to your question depends on the network connectivity
of your "sas" machine, an unknown quantity to most of us out here.
