I would like to nominate Ralph Hartley for the USENET Hall of
Fame, for coming up with this line. It was posted to net.origins,
for which it holds special meaning, but it is worthy to be the
motto of the Net itself.
I hope he doesn't mind, but I just got me a smug sign-off quote.
