[net.origins] vestigial parts

Firstly, let me state that I'm posting this article blindly, as
my site has stopped receiving news. So if I ask qestions raised already,
please bear with me.

To the proponents of Creationism:
I have a few questions for you. If Man was created in basically the
same form that he is today, with no intention of adaptive change (in other
words, God made Man this way for ever and always), then why does Man have:
	1. An appendix
This bodily part has no purpose in digestion, so why is it
		there?
	2. Toes
The human foot has no need of the tiny appendages to provide
a suitable foot. In fact, a hoof-like foot would be better
for a creature who never lived in trees.
	3. A non-rigid spine
If Man has always walked erect, why does the human spine
have so much difficulty in holding him in that position?

You will note that evolution can explain all of these things quite well.

Please post any rebuttals on the net, and if you feel like it, mail me a
copy, since I won't see it on the net.
