I think that the observation that the sperm were invited is pertinent. Focussing attention only on the fetus and ignoring how it got to be there in the first place is questionable reasoning, to say the least. Nobody is going to pay attention to a woman who invited intercourse, and then later say it was rape. To assert so is to focus *JUST* on the act, and excluding what went on beforehand that led to the alleged crime. The fetus is there because of what OTHERS had done, so one must take what they have done into account when adjudging the situation. Gerald owens owens@gatech
