I call it a fetus. I also call a frozen embryo a frozen embryo.

You are obviously ignorant of the religious persecutions, holy wars and
the like throughout history and  even to the present day. You should try
to take a vacation in Iran.
The same thing can be said of communist oppression.

Whether malformed fetuses are less valuable is not for you or me to say,
I suggest you leave it to the parents.
For many parents, malformed fetuses are indeed less valuable,
and they do not want them. They are the ones who have to take care of
them if they proceed to have the baby (and some do), not you. If they
decide to carry on with the pregnancy and have the baby even if it is
deformed, fine, and my blessings to them, and the baby should have as much
rights as any other baby. But until they decide on not to have an
abortion, I suggest you leave the decision to them. They may have 
failed to be saints, but you don't send them to jail for not living
up to your moral standards.
