What is the point of net.abortion? No matter what anyone says or does, abortion exists and will continue to be practiced. If made illegal, it will be practiced in ways which are unsafe and harmful to the mother. There won't be that many fetuses saved by making abortion illegal; it will simply endanger pregnant women more. If people really believe that abortion is such and evil practice then why don't they direct their energies at forming a society that will not practice it, instead of contributing to amusing yet mildly annoying newsgroups...... By the way, abortion, as it is now, is not just a safe, harmless medical procedure. It has a likelyhood(I am not sure of exact percentages) of causing major side effects to the one having it. Brad
