Are you in Philosophy or History?? Well, you're in the history of Philosophy!

Descarte said, "I think, therefore I am." His starting point of what he
thought could not be doubted.
However, it was soon pointed out that there was really no way to show that
his thoughts were not an illusion or a dream of someone else!!!
"If I am a man sleeping and I dream I am a butterfly; how do I know that when
awake I am not a butterfly dreaming I am a man?"
