Matt, I think that's the point.  Read it again.

(1).  What, do you think 9 months of pregnancy is a picnic, for all women,
of all ages, given all health conditions?  On May 1, you get pregnant, on
January 1 out pops the kid, and off it goes to it's loving adoptive
parents, and back you go to your life -- it only really took two days?
That's what _I_ wish were true!!  Once again, if you believe abortion is
murder, it's a little hard to discuss this issue since murder is usually
more serious than a variety of medical, economic, psycological etc.
repurcussions that various women suffer during pregnancy.  However, if you
_don't_ believe abortion is murder, why suffer even one of the nine months of
an unintended pregnancy just to populate the world further (which you may
be philosophically opposed to)?

(2) Why do you wish 'the last resort' were true?
