A new born baby requires the attention and care of human beings for quite
some time before it can survive independently - Tarzan excluded, of course.
"life as we know it" - It seems you're watching a wee bit too much Star
Trek, Mr. Rosen.

("A wee bit too much Star Trek"? What is this man talking about, pray tell?)

Why you ignored the fact that the fetus uses the body of another human being
is beyond me. Unless discussing this might have a negative impact on your
point? It inhabits her insides. Thus it is not physically autonomous, as it
is when it develops to term and is born. I would think such a distinction
is very relevant, which may be why Mr. Noah glossed over it.

This is a flame.

For Chrissake, Rosen, shut up. No one agrees with your stupid
remarks anyway. According to your own descriptions, your brain
is nothing more than a tumor, a parisite, and according to your
definition useless. Are you so hung up on your own rhetoric
that you can't admit a mistake? I have noted over the past two
years that you have NEVER admitted a mistake. Who the Hell
are you, Mr. Perfect? How were you born Rosen? Did a crow
shit on a rock and the sun hatch you?

There are others (even Thomas Newton) who would rather discuss things
on a point by point basis than engaging in venomous vitriolic tripe
because they are unable to engage in the other mode of discourse.
If you are not among them, why don't you stick your head up your ass
(where it has apparently spent most of your adult life: i.e., the
last twenty minutes) and march off. If you are unable to provide
substantive reasoning (I have yet to see a time when you have), then
bugger off. If I made any comments of the type you refer to above
about brains, it was surely your brain I was referring to.

I may not like the way Thomas Newton argues. I may find his tactics
a bit manipulative and I may find my words a little twisted at times.
But at least HE took the time to answer my points in reasoned discourse.
You, Mr. Wheeler, have a lot to learn about that subject. If you cannot
offer some substantiation of your points, or reasoned rebuttal of mine,
then you have nothing to say. Period. I apologize to the entire net
for the day I answered this asshole's letter and told him how to post
news.

This was a flame, too. Sorry.
