If it had been "Important Telephone Numbers" it would have been
Yuri Andropov. But it was "Wichtige Telefonnummern", so it was
Juri Andropow.
I suspect noone is reading this message on a terminal which has
the RIGHT character set for it (as we hear the chortles from the
eavesdroppers with the KGB).
