[net.abortion] Include lines in net.abortion

Well the number of include lines versus original text in net.abortion is
running about 4/6.  What this does is make the volume of net.abortion
look a lot higher than it really is.  If the large volume continues
this newsgroup will soon be cut from most of New York State area.  Note
it has already been cut from Canada.

It is up to you.  If you want net.abortion removed simply continue including
large amount of text from previous articles.  Also posting your net.flame
articles here will contribute to the demise of this newsgroup.  The choice is
yours and everyone gets to watch.

I always thought newsgroups were cut due to low volume.
