Lee, Re: Hard disc for the Integral PC. My recommendation is HP's 9134H Winchester disc drive. Capacity is 20Mb, which is about the minimum you would want in a UN*X workstation (since UN*X takes up about 6Mb and the "C" compilers, libraries, etc., take almost 2Mb). Unfortunately, the price is more than you indicated in your note: my catalog lists the 9134H at $2390. Dennis Sheldrick HP's Portable Computer Division Software Support hplabs!hp-pcd!shel

re: "Official HP Independent Hardware Vendor, ..." This has always been a source of some amusement around here. As far as I know, there is NO third party HARDWARE program (of course we OEM stuff, but that's different). They are about as "official" as a Halley's comet T-shirt. In their literature, they also claim that their discs "support" certain HP computers, which, of course, is backwards from the normal SPU/peripheral relationship. Nonetheless, I've heard no complaints about their discs. In fact, I haven't heard anything from field or customers. I presume that they are selling a viable quanity, since they have been around for at least three years. Bob Niland TN-229-4014 HP-UX: hpfcla!rjn DESK: rjn (hpfcla) /HP4000/UX

They're an Official HP Independent Hardware Vendor, according to their literature. The disclaimer is certainly in effect on this one.
