[micro.ibm] AST board clock set?

We have an AST Megaplus (old 256K expansion board, w/p/s/clk)
in an IBM PC. We want to reset the clock, but the docs have been 
lost. The two files we have on disk are ASTCLOCK.COM  and
SETCLOCK.COM. But we don't know what parameters or syntax to use to
reset the clock. The clock does keep time so we know the battery is
working. Thanks in advance.
