[net.religion.jewish] "Postage stamps"

while I'm driving y'all crazy about meat stamps and grape juice,
you might as well know that postage stamp glue is made with
grain products, which may present a problem on passover.
I asked Rabbi Elazar Mayer Teitz of Elizabeth about this
some years ago, and I believe his response was that they did not
have to be sold or destroyed, but they should not be licked on
passover. My guess is that they use corn syrup, so he based
that reply on corn only being 'kitneus' (legumes), but i wonder
if anyone out there knows the composition in more detail, like
if any of the five species which, if leavened, is Biblically
prohibited on passover?
