[ blank just in case] If I remember the tradition correctly, one is to get so drunk its impossible to tell friends from enemies. Which goes back to the party thrown by the king(name?) to save mordichi<best guess spelling> and the rest of the Jews. At my temple there was a carnival with games and prizes.
