did not,  you can bet that Soncino Press would be in court suing.
When you write or translate a book you must do so by the rules of the game.
And when your copyright expires, your work belongs to the world.

Furthermore, if my memory serves me correctly,
Traditional Press does give credit to the translators at the
beginning of each volume, hence they are hastening the geuula.
