[net.misc] Paper Money and the blind

Dutch paper money has:
1)	different sizes
2)	different colours and
3)	special spots different on every note.

The 3rd attribute really helped my late (blind-)piano teacher, to
do the shopping.
As a matter of fact, it helps my mother, and a lot of other bank people as
well. They seem to have picked-up the habit to feel the notes, instead of
looking at them.

If they only could make up there mind about aa sensible range of notes...

As you know, most countries have the range of 1 2 5 10, (from one to ten
florin's etc.).
In Holland you have 5 10 25 50 100 1000 guilder notes.
To "ease" this, they are now working on 250 guilder notes.
