The following letter appeared in last week's Canadian Jewish News:

	Are you a descendant of the Baal Shem Tov?   I am a 
	Jewish genealogist researching a book on the so-called
	Master of The Good Name, a Polish mystic said to have
	founded the Chasidic movement, and have already documented
	evidence of 2,000 of his descendants.
