At the end of Parshat Mishpatim (Exodus 24), Moses begins the fourty days
and fourty nights together with G-d on Mt. Sinai. In Parshat Ki Tisa (Ex. 32)
the fourty days and fourty nights end. What topics do the Torah explicitly
describe as having been discussed during this 40 day encounter?
- the collecting of donations to build the temple
- the ark specifications
- the table specifications
- the lighting specifications
.
.
.
- the insence specifications
- the designation of a supervisor
- the working hours specifications.
I tell you, even in those days it wasn't easy to contract someone
to build your house in Israel.
