From the March 8th edition of a Hebrew-language weekly: *************************** RABBI PINCHAS TEITZ WILL BE AN HONORED GUEST AT YESHIVA UNIVERSITY Rabbi Pinchas Teitz, of Elizabeth, New Jersey, and founder of the yeshiva of the city, has been invited to be an honored guest at the Yitzhak Alchanan [English sp.?] Theological Seminary of Yeshiva University. Rabbi Teitz began his spiritual works in 1933...during a 30-year period he was the editor of "Daf haShavua", a weekly radio program on WEVD. He is also known for his actions on behalf of Russian Jews..... [I've left out the rest of the good stuff so as not to give Eliyahu a swelled head.] ************************** Hey, Eliyahu, if this is one of your relatives (and I think it is), Mazal Tov! It's nice to see that someone I like to argue with a lot has "zchut avot" (or as you would say it, zchus avos). -- bill peter
