Dear Yitzhak:
Why are you so quick to insult and call names? As a self-righteous
defender of everything you consider to be anti-religious, I find
your behavior abominable. Especially since you still refuse to
answer my question: Are German pigs now the messengers of G-d?
WHY NOT ANSWER THE QUESTION?
As a matter of fact, your "eggs" posting was an insult to me and
to every other Jew who was struck by the pain of the holocaust.
I don't care if you call me an "ass" or whatever, but to imply that
anyone of those people who died al kiddush Hashem died because of
a "warning" is hilul Hashem.
Many other people have written to me in agreement with my response to
you. To call me an "anti-semite" because I don't believe that G-d
sent a bunch of pigs to murder one million Jewish children is not
very "orthodox". If you had an ounce of compassion in you, you
would not be so quick to judge other people's "non-religiousness."
Speaking of religiousness, my father (who is a gabbai of a shul
in Jerusalem) is not as smug as you about the "meaning" of Amalek's
attack on b'nei yisrael or about the "meaning" of the holocaust.
But then he has an unfortunate habit of waking up, screaming, in
the middle of the night every now and then, reliving the moment when
as a little boy, he watched the Nazis cold-heartedly laugh and
bludgeon his beloved father (my grandfather, a rabbi) in front of
his eyes.
So I will still continue to argue with what I feel are your perverted
concepts of Judaism. Feel free to continue calling me an "ass", but
remember that the Talmud says that though a man can judge another man
by his deeds, only G-d can interpret what is in a man's heart.
