Rand still does a distribution of the Rand Editor (E) and
our mail handling system (MH).
The current version of E is E17, and has recently had
support for ins/del line added. It runs best under 4.1bsd,
but support for 4.2bsd and Sys III have been added.
We've done away with our troublesome license agreement, but
still charge a fee for our trouble ... if you'd like a
