Well, in regard to A) the net is really not responsible. I believe you can use the net to ask for help but they don't have to respond. As for B), Hillel is an organization under the auspices of the B'nai B'rith. You should turn to your local B'nai B'rith offices for help. The National B'nai B'rith office has a booklet of all sorts of fund raising ideas. Your local office should have a copy of it or could get one for you.
