I know of people who eat no "red meat". They stick to a diet of fish, poultry, and vegetables. These people tend to call themselves vegetarians. I don't think it appropriate. Are there others who stick to this type of diet? What title would you give this diet?

Well, if you interpret the word "vegetarian" as "one who consumes only vegetation", then I don't think there are many vegetarians on earth. Practically everybody consumes something other than vegetation (meat, fish, poultry, eggs, milk, cheese, water, salt, etc.). If you interpret "vegetarian" as "one who consumes mostly vegetation", then that lets in practically everybody. Oh dear. -Jack Applin (hplabs!hp-dcd!jack) P.S.: I know I'm one!
