Ingredients 1 lb cut broccolli (frozen or fresh) 1 medium onion - cut into thin strips 1 cayenne pepper (broken into two pieces) 4 cloves of garlic 1 teaspoon chopped ginger 1 tablespoon Urad Dhal In frying pan add 3 tablespoons of oil and heat. When the oil is hot add the pepper and Urad dhal. When the dhal is brown and the pepper becomes dark in color, add garlic, onions and ginger and saute them. When they are done a little, add broccolli, stir and cover. Let it cook at low heat. Stir it once in a while. When the broccolli is done, add salt.
