Sorry folks, just a correction on the info previously posted. Tempeh is made from cooked, dehulled soybean halves, to which a rhizopus mold is introduced (rhizopus oligosporus), not a bacteria as previously stated. "Where's the mycelium???!!!" Ray Benash......!bpa
