I little while ago somneone mentioned a cookbook called something
like "A Surti Touch" which was a book on Indian cooking.  The
original poster was unsure if it was still in print.  A friend of
mine who is a Senior Editor at Strawberry Hill Press, publishers
of the book, assures me that it is still in print and they will 
cheerfully sell copies to anyone who wants one.  Ordering info.
