We all find lots of reasons for going the vegetarian route --- such as reducing the cholesterol in our diets. However, i don't think i'm making much progress in that regard as long as i'm still eating two eggs over-easy for breakfast every morning (i'm a big breakfast eater). So i hereby solicit suggestions for interesting (i.e. more exciting than yoghurt with fruit) vegetarian breakfast ideas. All suggestions welcome. Thanks, -- Jim Ericksen UNC Chapel Hill
