Ice Cream Maker Recipes Wanted____________________________________
I got an ice cream maker during a recent holiday (-: I
can't remember which one :-) and I'm having a lot of fun with it.
The recipes I've got to work with, though, aren't the greatest in
the world. They're from a little pamphlet I got with the machine,
and they give recipes for "diet" ice cream that tell you to add
saccharin - stuff like that.
I've already revised the ones that call for gelatin with
agar. (Gelatin is made from pig hooves; agar is a seaweed.)
Does anybody have good ice cream recipes? Frozen yogurt
recipes? Any recipes at all that can be made in an ice cream
maker and, of course, are vegetarian? I'm especially interested
in recipes that don't use a lot of sugar and don't use a lot of
fat.
