Sorry to hear about the disaster with the mushrooms! Here is a trick I heard about for cast iron pans. Have never tried it with Silverstone, but it might work. Mix vinegar and baking soda, put it in the pan, and heat it on low until all the liquid is gone. You may have to do it more than once, particularly if you don't use enough. Good luck!
