I'm not such a hot cook, but do go on stir-fry binges every now and then. I've wondered about the long-term effects of consuming all that oil. Even Safflower oil. Someone recently said that poly un-saturated oils are "good for you". "good for you" in what quantities? If it's good for me, should I drink three tall glasses a day? What's the truth here? - Karl
