[net.veg] vegetarian Chinese cookbook

A little while ago someone asked for books on vegetarian Chinese
cooking. 

"Chinese Meatless Cooking" by Stella Lau Fessler, 1980, Plume Books (a
division of New American Library), paperback.

The author grew up in Hong Kong, has impressive gourmet cooking school
type credentials, and anyway it's a pretty good book.
