1 tea Spoon powdered ginger 1 Tea Spoon powdered garlic 1 Tea Spoon black pepper 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar 1/2 cup tamari [soy sause] Mix all the ingredients together, then let is sit for a few days. These proportions are suited to my personal taists, and you may find it too strong/weak.
