[net.veg] Thai curry recipe wanted

Does anyone out there have a recipe for one or more Thai curry dishes
that do *not* use coconut or coconut milk? It would be nice if they
were meatless, but it's not totally necessary.

Or could anyone point me to a good recipe book for Thai food?
