[net.consumers] Two new groups: net.bio and net.consumers

Ok, Prentiss, I've created your two newsgroups (well, they are
everyone's now).

net.bio is for discussion of topics related to biology.

net.consumers is for product reviews or other consumerism
discussions.  If your message won't be of general interest
to the world, specify a Distribution when you post it.
