[net.consumers] Remember the Alamo

   I have also heard stories about Alamo. A friend rented a car from 
them and when they "couldn't find the keys" to the car they decided to 
rent, they charged him $1.00 for "equipment change". He saw this happen 
to EVERY customer that came in.
