In the April 1 (I think) New York Times was a paid announcement saying
that there's a strike on against Consumer's Union for farming out work
(as opposed to giving it to their employees.) The union requested Consumers
Reports subscribers to cancel their subscriptions until the dispute was
settled. I know from personal experience some employers are total S.O.B.s
and deserve to be struck, boycotted, or whatever, but I expect better of
CU. Does anyone have any information about this? Mail anything you know,
and if there's interest I'll summarize it to the net.
