I have been seen previously in favor of an UNBIASED Prayer in School in various newsgroups, and after hearing the last week's news, I would not like to be associated with the *ssh*les that are currently in Washington tyring to get this ammendment passed. It is not an unbiased law, but a way for the moral majority to start the brain-washing of the youth in not only the home and in the church but also now in the school. And the real "sin" in all this is that it is not a choice, to go to school, you will have to be atleast a non-participating participant. There will be no choice... during the day there will be prayer, their prayer. I am really peeved at the way that they are acting. "The devil's in Elmhurst" indeed. Give me a break. What's next? Schools having the right to choose their own science theories and Public Schools will now be teaching the hogwash of the creationists and creative science as fact. Give me a second break. And as to my character, although a Conservative Independant, which leads me to vote almost all the time Republican and agree with their theories of the proper way to govern this country, I am by no means mixed up with these creeps. Can't we send them to Iran where they can mix their Church and State? Walt Pesch AT&T Technologies ihnp4!ihuxp!wbpesch
