Many states have laws which do not allow joint tenancy on many
accounts.
Every states laws are a little different on rights of survivors.
Only a lawyer or clerk/recorder of wills/probate can keep
up with the latest laws. The news net will never be able to keep up
to date with the laws of 50 states and many countries.
