SPRINT also charges for "incomplete" calls, but they admit (if you ask them) that that *is* a problem with their equipment. It cannot detect (apparently) connection, so it charges automatically after X rings/seconds. (?) They have always been cordial when I call to complain, and (EVENTUALLY) they do deduct it from your bill. (Like credit cards, they say to you that you only have to pay the amount not in question, although you do get a past due amount on succeeding bills.) -- It doesn't matter what you wear, just as long as you are there.
