[net.consumers] Beware of Carbon Paper

<gulp>
With the increased concern about credit card fraud, and account numbers falling
into the wrong hands, one should be concerned about what happens to the carbon
paper between the copies of charge slips.
Many banks are going to carbonless paper, which is the best solution (I've gotten
mostly carbonless VISA slips in the NYC area recently) but until everyone
converts, you can protect yourself by asking the merchant to give you the
carbon paper from the slip. They're generally glad to do so, and then you
can dispose of it in a safe manner.
