Does anybody in netland have solar power incorporated in their
home? I'm interested in the usefulness of those darn things
and whether there any pitfalls (pipe noise, leakages, etc.).
"Souther Power" came and made a presentation which essentially
worked something like this.
$5000.00 the AMCOR solar unit
$2500.00 tax credit to be expected
--------
$2500.00 loaned interest free for 25 years
$100/year payment for 25 years
They also stated that should you ever need to replace your
roof, they would take down the unit, and replace the unit
after your roof is done at no charge.
