Thought I'd pass along the word of a free service you may someday wish to use.
Publishers Clearing House (you know, the company that sends you those
obnoxious contest offers every couple of months) offers a free service
for changing the mailing address for all of your magazines. Simply send
them the mailing labels from your magazines attached to a piece of paper
along with your new address, to:
Publishers Clearing House
Attn: Change of Address Department
382 Channel Drive
Port Washington, NY 11050
They notify all the publishers.
I suspect that this company is in business not really to sell magazines,
but probably to sell mailing lists, so availing yourself to this service
could well send tons of junk mail to your new home in addition to your
magazines. But it is a free service, one I've used before and have been
quite pleased with.
