[net.consumers] Telephone Shrinks

Here at U.T. Austin, we have such a service already.  The counselling center
operates on a walk in basis, and they have a number that you can call after
hours.  You don't speak to a psychaitrist though, just someone willing to
listen, and who has had some training at it.
