Did anyone ever look at weight watchers and
(worse) lean cuisine's nutritional breakdown?
Most of these diet portion foods have carbohydrate
counts of 25 and higher, while few have 15 - 17.
I know the new recommended diets say to make 40% of
the diet 'complex carbohydrates' but modified food
starch, etc., to me does not mean that.
For serious dieters, watching your total intake of
simple and complex carbohydrates is still essential to
rapid weight loss. If you are serious about weight loss
better off eating 'fresh' foods or watch your bread if
you will be eating one of those 'frozen' dinners.
