[net.consumers] No-electric heat

<gulp,gulp>
Systems for gas-fired gravity-feed hot water or steam heating systems that
do not require any connection to electrical power exist, and are generally
known as "millivolt" systems. They use a thermocouple heated by the
gas pilot flame to generate enough electric power to run the thermostat
and the safety controls. The only caveat is that these systems cannot use
circulating pumps for hot water, since there is no high power source to run them
nor can it be used on oil-fired systems, since there is no high power source
for the burner motor or any oil pumps.
